"it would seem that there may not be any short position" Hmm. Recall, Jim that the short position developed through Naked Shorting. The unscrupolous MM's made money by selling shares they didn't own, didn't borrow and simpy don't exist. They have no intention of ever covering unless forced to. They have not been "forced" yet. I still plan on eating their bones for lunch very, very soon. Crunch Crunch-love them bones! Tic Tic Tic-the clock is ticking--I believe the New certs are ready for mailing and should arrive at registered sharesholders addresses by the end of the week. For those with shares in street name-the long awaited pitched battle is about to begin....
