Everything has been working well for some time now!
I've been waiting for a comment like this before I launch my next step.
Currently I'm using a RT3 system (MB Trading) and am considering switching to cybertrader because of what looks to me to be superior software. Of course I can't actually try the software out without opening an account, but thats another issue...

But it means nothing without a good data feed. Right now with my 56k modem the data feed I get from MB is unsteady whenever the market gets really hot and I havent been able to solve the problem. Lots of finger pointing, no solutions.

The surge when the tightening bias was announced yesterday locked my quotes completely and I had to reboot the machine at a *very* critical time. Charts and L2 didnt line up with each other for the rest of the day.

So my question to you all is who has the best data feed for cyber software and how good is it really? Any idea how the bandwidth used compares to rt3? 56k is very limiting, I often have to cut down to just two-three stocks in order to guarantee the data is truely current.

My other big issue with my MB account is the way that they do daytrader margin accounting. As a position trader I often hold overnight and then trade the same stock the next day. This is nearly impossible with MBT without running significant risk of a trading call. Ive resorted to using my old "normal" broker for trading using rt3 as a real time data feed. How does cyberbroker et all handle this?
Any feedback appreciated.
Eric
