Interesting. The thing that appeals to me about CNET getting into the game is here: <<On each product page, we allow you to quickly and easily access the relevant product reviews from our extensive collection, so you can read just what CNET's editors think about that product before you buy.>> These product reviews are something I use and they might make the auction site "stickier" because of it. OTOH, I wonder how they will avoid the conflicts of interest that might arise between selling stuff and rating it objectively.
