Dale, I have just responded with an indication of interest (IOI) for DLJ's Online brokerage tracking stock IPO of DLJdirect. I like their service and hope I get some allocation on the 500 indicated. Will know about a week from now. Just scanned the list of pending IPO's and am amazed by the number of internet or dot com related new starts coming to the market in the next few months! This liquidity driven market is certainly the best place to get financing. Enjoyed reading your stuff on penny's and look forward to your "balancing act". Best to you, Richard
