this is by no means an original thought but does seem to explain what is going on with dell... shareholders became so used to ++50% revenue growth that anything less is seen as a failure... not realistically sustainable forever... hwp shareholders, on the other hand... i don't really follow this one, but haven't they become used to disappointment, so any kind of rev growth at all is a pleasant surprise?? perception, and expectation, realistic or not... rule in this market i guess... kathy :)
