The balancing act piece may be out before I leave on a business trip Friday afternoon otherwise early next week. I have given up on ETrade's IPO allocation system. There is a window of a few minutes to get on which a bunch of wolves have staked out and start hitting with automated programs as soon as an IPO is announced. ETrade should change the system It's a disgrace as it is now. Internet IPO market is probably close to saturated. Too much crap coming out. Many will trade well below their opening prices later this year - maybe terminally.
