Yup, I agree. . .all OTC should be avoided. . .pink sheets, Canadian based OTC, Canadian penny stocks . . .some Nasdaq and Amex are worst of all. . .mining pennies. . . oil pennies. . .and of course the grandpa of all stocks to avoid. . .

ANY stock that is not reporting current financials.

Best to stay on the big boards. . .with fewer shares. . .biggest gains I have seen anywhere have been with larger cap internets. . .5 baggers. . .10 baggers. . .20 baggers. . . not seeing that in any OTC arena much these days. . .except on P and D stocks. . .where the P and Drs are buying loads at .001 to .02 then running it up to .20 before even starting the pump.

If you aren't getting in at the rock bottom, someone else is dumping into your buying.

If you must play OTC, etc. . . .spend a few hundred bucks and make a surprise visit to the company headquarters, wherever it is. . .if it is in Vancouver or Denver, you might be able to see a dozen or two headquarters in the same day. . or perhaps even in the same building.
It is well worth dropping a few hundred bucks on a plane fare now, to be sure that your company is doing everything they say they are. . . than it is to lose several thousand, when you find out they aren't.

Read my "Trading OTC" post by searching 'this subject only' on the Fishing thread for a deeper perspective into these cautionary issues and stocks to avoid.

Best wishes,

Rande Is
