The US Senate just voted "Yea" to have a variety
of penalties enforced against criminals who wear
body armor. Among other situations of late, Klebold
and Harris were able to go on their shooting spree at
Columbine High School, for as long as they did,
because they were protected by body armor.
Fortunately a SWAT team had some
guns that could shoot them anyway.
The manufacturer of the body armor has
not been revealed to me.
