hang in there folks biz.yahoo.com A spokesman for Palomar, which today said it received U.S. Fodd and Drug Administration approval to market its EpiLaser hair removal system, denied that the company is infringing on the patent in question. "We have thoroughly and laboriously reseached the possibility of infringing on the Zaias patent and we are absolutely confident that we are not doing so," said John Ingoldsby, Palomar's director of investor relations. "We believe their suit has absolutely no merit," he said. my personal comments trading pattern has been very weird these past 3 days this is because some "select" people know all the facts while the rest of us....play on hope and fear I am utterly disgusted with management style they knew about the FDA approval on thurs...why no announcement on friday ?? ....the big boys did get in on friday the were notified about the suit on friday why didn't they inform the investors about it...before or with the FDA approval managemnt is acting like street crooks probably lining their pockets and those of the big boys ps: 30K block buys at 3.30 and just before close as to why price dropped this am after news lot of hot=momentum is playing PMTI expect wild swings for a while if u have lost money on PMTI ....I would seriously urge u to write a letter to the SEC I am still a long term investor but I will bail out when things don't look good
