Try $389MM, 28% of total and down 1% Q/Q, but up from $140MM in 3QF98.

But Taiwan orders of $347MM were up 141% Q/Q.

Key question: of those direct DRAM orders and those Taiwan orders for foundries making DRAM, what percentage was placed in the beginning of the Feb/Mar/Apr quarter when 64Mb DRAMs were $10+ and what percentage was placed at the end when 64Mb was $6.50 and dropping? - Tad LaFountain
