I realize that the dollar is strong for concerns over international monetary weakness and the power of our economy. But any recovery world wide would weaken the dollar and cause interest rates to adjust higher....not lower? Wolanchuks scenario is very possible if world growth returns and remains sold....it will put pressure on the dollar and our bond rates.
