Rob, Do you want to take a stab at 3rd & 4th quarter revenue for the combined companies? My guestimate: 9/30/99 = 170MM, 12/31/99 = 180MM. 3rd quarter 90MM from ACTM and 80MM from CMCI. 4th quarter 95MM from ACTM and 85MM from CMCI. Thus exiting the year on a 750MM run rate.
