If CPQ used AV properly as an inducement to buy the stk of CPQ (ie. spin off or option to purchase at IPO). We would go to 40 in a month. Rosen has to know it is his ace in the hole. He can not screw shareholders who are loyal it would be a horrific mistake to do this especially at this time of transition. He is doing everything else right at this point.
