Your sounding like your Lipsett himself. He's the only one in this fight that thinks he's getting turfed because of the Harken deal. It's time to wakeup! You, sorry, rather Lipsett made 1.)no effort to get financing to stay in that deal, 2.) he didn't even make the effort to show up at the vote to sell out, and 3.)didn't make the effort to send out the U.S. proxies.
And now.... THINKS HE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF THE COMPANY TO FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT!!?? Sorry, not with the shareholder treasury. Get your proxies in today. Vote against Lipsett, Levitt, and Barnes, and against determining the directors at three. It's your money people!
