Hi Jeeza,

I talked briefly to John Ingoldsby, the Palomar IR guy @ about 3.00pm today and learned the following:

1. They can not claim permanent hair removal and he can't answer
what period of time they can claim i.e. 3 months as per the tests from their competitors.

2.. I thought (from the S-3) that Palomar was assisting in the sale of approx. 1,800,000 shares @ $8.03 in the market today. John tells me that this is not the case. The S3 paves the way for the "foreign"
investors (foreign bank accounts) to sell their shares when they want. He is to call me back to clarify this issue. It smells fishy to me, especially when insiders are involved!

3. I asked John if the suit by MEHL had any merit - he told me they had just received it and were studying it. Didn't they get it on Friday as you say?

I was not impressed with my first contact with Palomar IR. Hopefully it was due to a busy day - ?????? I'll be impressed if John calls back and deals with my questions in a professional way.

Doug
