Carl, I guess we will have to wait for some more news. I expect news on some further acquisitions might give more indication how this will fit with AMCX's strategy. If AMCX is acquiring several suppliers/manufacturers it would make sense to consolidate the manufacturing in a new state of the art plant. Ron
