CGRM has adequate protection against hostile take over (poison pill). Of course, friendly is another question. However, just a few institutions and CEO own most of CGRM. I think that a butout is very unlikely at this time. CGRM has potential for $200M in revenues in 2 years. CGRM holders have potential for tremendous returns, and minimal risk.
