Based upon the achievement of mutually-defined goals and objectives, Lonza Biologics' corporate parent, algroup, has the intention to make a significant equity investment in Genzyme Transgenics' common stock.

If those goals are achieved after the phase three results on rhAT III are in, they may have to pay up for their equity.
