Wiz and Tman, this url has some more info on Telemonde's position and strategy. Looks like a new paradigm for bandwidth including the ability for a carrier to reallocate based on demand at the moment. Flexible bandwidth application a great marketing tool for them. Management is from MFS Worldcom. This should give Telemonde enormous insight into how the modern telecom jigsaw puzzle fits together now and in the future.
