Is Wall Mart considered an Internet company?NOOOOOOOOOOOO My point is Mr. Upchuck that the Internet is going to be the most competitive marketplace in the history of the world and it is going to be very hard to make any money at all and the only companies that are in a postiton to do so are already established companies that will use the internet as a tool to broaden and expand their sales, not companies that will depend on it to survive. Do you understand? AOL is an exception because they are THE DOMINANT internet company and will swallow up others as they grow, and AOL charges the user to be online, they have a set fee, you pay 21.95 a month or you do not use AOL, GOT IT? They know that if they have X number of subscribers they will have X number of sales, most of these other internet companies depend on advertising to make money, IMO these will not survive.
