BRASILIA -- Brazil's central bank has re-scheduled the Monetary Policy

The spokeswoman declined to say why the meeting was moved forward and
couldn't confirm when the Copom decision will be announced. Typically,
when the meeting is convened at 3:00 p.m. EDT (1900 GMT), and the
decision on rates is released between 5:00 p.m. EDT (2100 GMT) and 6:00
