Did you get any answers about the deal that was cut?!

First he didn't know what I was talking about. When I said I thought they were referred to in the package, he said there were prior offers from other companies, but the GEC is the only one on the table now.

I told him I had no intention of tendering my shares until I learned more about the circumstances surrounding the options grant. Oddly, he seemed like he knew what was going on, and not just a hired phone caller with a script.
