Chief, IMHO the run to 10.70 was an attempt to get the share price up so that Foundation Equity matters could be cleared up under the table without having to result in any disciplinary action by the TSE/OSE. Apparently Foundation could do this but it would need to keep the share price +10.00 on close for 10 consecutive days.
