AOL announced what had been rumored for a whilte - AOL is creating "premium channels", which will carry additional cost. The HBO concept has just arrived at AOL. $19.95 is just your "basic online" fee, and AOL's content will be an addon charge.

Looks like AOL is trying to combine both the Prodigy Ad-Supported and CompuServe Premium services plans and hope that works. It will be interesting.
