Someone using the alias "liverog" posted the following statement this morning on the Raging Bull ADVR Thread.

ragingbull.com

<<The FDA filing (to be submitted) in July is not a new filing. ADVR filed a few months ago electronically. That filing was rejected. I was expecting that good news was coming from that filing near term. Especially when I saw all the insiders preparing to exercise warrants.>>

ADVR DID NOT electronically file an IND to the FDA a few months ago. IMHO, I do not believe there is an arrangement in place with the FDA to do so. The only electronic filing arrangement which I believe is available to ADVR is that provided for filing SEC documentation.

Further, what warrants is "liverog" referring to? I am not aware of any ADVR warrants. Even if he is referring to the registering of options for sale, so what? This does not ensure the selling of stock once and if options are exercised. In fact, it seems to me that some of the ADVR options have expired and should not have been exercised before they expired because they were essentially worthless.

In his post, "liverog" goes on to tell personal business concerning the selling of his ADVR stock and helps in spreading the rumor about a reverse split. It seems to me he is trying hard to get ADVR shareholders to sell. I wonder why?

BTW, I do not care what "liverog" does with any of his stock holdings and it is good in a way to see the likes of him reducing his holdings. Ciao, Arrivederci Mr. "liverog"
