With Energas Corp. BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 19, 1999--Kismet Energy Corporation (the ''Company'')(OTC BB:KISS) is pleased to report that it has obtained a 70% working interest to drill exploratory prospects in the Arkoma Basin, Oklahoma with Energas Corp. The primary focus of the drilling will be natural gas targets identified in eastern Oklahoma. The first prospect to be drilled lies in the giant Kinta field area, which is projected to have cumulative production of 3 TCF (trillion cubic feet) of natural gas by the year 2000. The drilling plans on this prospect are being finalized by the two companies and date of commencement of drilling will be announced shortly.
