A ultra quick report of the shareholder meeting. I'll post some more detail later.

1. About 75 people, up from last year. Lots of questions - meeting lasted over 2 hours.

2. All resolutions passed, although option plan must have been close - some institutions won't support these unless they have certain provisions, and maybe that was what happened here.

3. Generally a very constructive and informative meeting. When you focus on single issues (like nora) you tend to forget the breadth of their development pipeline.

4. Didn't hear a single piece of new bad news.

5. Xopenex: "incredibly encouraged" by reports from the field; too early for sales data.

6. Most excited about Meridia ICE (for indications other than obesity). Knoll (who owns Meridia) was described as "very reasonable." Could do this one on their own, as patent is expiring and their ICE is not effected by extension.

7. Basis for FTC investigation of Prozac deal is a mystery to them. Timing is unknown.

8. All-in-all a very encouraging meeting. More details later.
