Michael, Negative growth, huh!? Any time frame in mind (apart from your needs, which your namesake at DELL may not honour)? In any event, I am going to bookmark this post for possible reposting after future earnings releases. :-) Given that even sovereign debt is no longer guaranteed (after Russia and all), all investments are indeed speculative. That's like saying driving to work is a risky business. There are different levels of risk, however. As for risk management, last time we had this discussion you refused to quantify your metric for measuring risk and a lot of threaders were pissed that I am not accepting your claim for having superior risk management skills at face value. I live and learn, so no comments on the risk management front. -BGR.
