Not surprised at the MSFT "crashes" Joe:

I ended up having to uninstall everything and reload Windows 95
and then go back and reinstall all the other programs and download
Netscape Navigator again.

Last April I tried the "free" 30-day MSN offer, used it for only
2 or 3 days and here it's 10 months later, 6 calls to Microsoft
later, and I'm still getting billed for it; the bank has to do a
reversal every month and every time they do the reversal it gets
billed twice; they've called and written Microsoft also.

Moral: Windows is the de-facto O/S of home computers for all
practical purposed but, other than that...Microsoft===NO WAY!!!

Maybe Novell should work on a desktop solution: UNWindows '97.
