Mr Martin, a writer for London Financial Times, wrote an article yesterday which basically says that only the insider managers benefit from the kind of deal that USW has here since the tracking stocks maintain management to the highest degree to the second class status of shareholders. This is a terrible deal. If I were a big shot I would sue the Board for dereliction of fiduciary responsibility.
