Just curious, cuz I wasn't around then--how did he handle the Europe fiasco? Dell got hammered for that--a while back? and realized it was a mistake and immediately retrenched, and apparently handled it brilliantly and DELL quickly recovered. I wonder if his youth is showing or he's been put in an impossible position. Jill
