Jeff, I received the email from Jonathan Capper - he had to scan his report and send it to me email as an attachment - he is a shareholder from Leeds, UK; I am not concerned abut no mention of NAS - what do the shareholders in the UK know about the trading system in the US? Hell, not even traders in the US know about those things. You did see that they mentioned the hiring of Lehman Bros in getting an IPO going; I am not concerned about that fact. Manning told me two weeks ago that they had Lehmans going through the proper SEC procedures to move XSNI to the NASD; XSNI will still be XSNI and holders now will be holders then - just the value will be so much different. :) I know you are looking at all the myopic details and I have read all your posts and understand your points and each has been satisfactorily answered to me. This shareholder release on Feb 1, 1999 just confirms it. Now you have to decide if you want to hold what you have or take it out and put it on momo plays. Good luck, :) Jacalyn
