cmg-MRV has the cash in the bank and cash operating revenues to fund R & D--They don't don't have to further dilute the ownership of Charlotte's Web or any other affiliate at this time. Take a hard look at the capitalization of Juniper when they go public and compare their 'market value" to what MRVC has on the books for about 60% of Charlotte's Web. I don't mean to imply that they are apples to apples, but there is a flip side to not having the Street's investment bankers in the palm of your hand (or vice-versa) and one of the pro's to shareholders is the ability to maximize returns to the current shareholders if the product cycle materializes as hoped. If we do have a killer product in Aranea then there will be a very big payday. Best regards, Mike
