I would be interested in TM's thoughts on this. I consider him to be THE BEST CFO in the high tech industry. Look what he has done with DELL in the last few years. The company's ROIC is tough to beat. The game has changed a little now and I think he and and MSD will effectively adapt. Best Regards, Scott
