Some DD on MGCN:

It is a big mistake to talk about MGCN in the context of HITT. The business plans are quite different, and none of the same people are involved in management and operation. All they really have in common is that some SI'ers recommended them both.

The only lesson HITT has for MGCN is that it is up to us to find out everything we can about the principals of MGCN, to ensure they are on the up and up.

I'll start: The previous company, Formquest int'l, does not have anything negative about it that I could find. The prez of MGCN is Tom Lavin. I could not find any dirt on him. There is a Tom Lavin who is president of axion in BC (www.axion.net), which also seems entirely clean. Is it the same guy?

I think MGCN has enormous potential, but I don't want to be blindsided like we were on HITT (I did make a dandy profit on HITT, but that's only because I was lucky to get in relatively early. My analyses were based on the assumption that info provided by the company was accurate.)
