The chart looked bad -- lower lows and lower highs. Thus, from a technical standpoint, I decided to move on. In checking the recent price of KNDL, I see that my fears were confirmed. It's now trading around 13.

I like the company, but generally I will not buy or hold unless the technical and the fundamental factors are both favorable.
