The filing is to register 200,000 shares issuable upon exercise of the same number of warrants at an exercise price of $3.00. The filing also talks about ANYI having enough cash to last 12 months, but possibly having to perform a secondary offering in the fall at a much higher price should the company grow as fast as they expect.

Does anybody else read these things before sounding the alarm bell?
