Solucorp Settles Lawsuit WEST NYACK, N.Y., May 19 — Solucorp Industries Ltd. (OTC:SLUP) today announced that it has settled its lawsuit which it commenced against Tristate Restoration Company and its principals in May, 1998 in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The lawsuit has been settled for the amount of $180,000 payable by the Tristate Defendants on or before June 11, 1999 in exchange for a complete release of all claims among the parties, their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents and assigns.
