I thought WIND already was an investor in NCI. But, I see that they are listed as a new investor.

Interesting that NCI changed their name. I wonder if that signals they are going to do an IPO. Any guess how much of the company WIND would own? WRS may become a holding company for Internet startups as well as a RTOS company.
