Jim, well said. I got back in at .20,.22 and .23 myself. Joe Copia was afraid of the original idea of 1:100 reverse split. That idea is no longer valid as the price of AGRS back then was 0.015 (probably 0.0075 back when the management was contemplating the huge reverse). AGRS is now trading at .38, some 3000%+ since, so at the most the company will need a 1:5 to achieve the equivalent. By Friday, when the company formally opens the site and announces other good news, (including the alliance with AOL), they may not need to consider a reverse split at all.
