CALPERS: today, it was reported that the California Public Employees System, one of the largest public employment entities in the nation, agreed to raise premium rates paid to HMO's that serve public workers in the state. FHS is active in California.
Stock rose on strong volume today.
Technicals, if confirmed by a close above 19, or even a hit of 19 interday, would be strongly bullish for FHS; already, stock has broken a very long term downtrend, when it passed $15 per share.
Time to add to positions?
Comments anyone?
James
