InOverMyHead...I also use Waterhouse Securities...I place market orders with them sometimes for that reason. My beef with them is speeding up their order entry procedures...the logistics SUCK! They have a pretty good respect from the MM's. They have filled my market orders right on the current ask every time. I tried placing limits to buy a hot moving issue and got passed by every time only to call and raise it. Obviously its very dangerous placing market orders on penny's but sometimes that's the only way to get filled. The MM's are filling the market orders 1st and then fill limits next. good luck! p.s. as of late I always allow partial fills with them just in case I don't get filled. Kevin
