BP, <The Engineers and Managers that created the technology that Novell now has ... need to be encouraged to do some marketing ... and to support a significant change in how the company sets it's goals and plans. They'll be doing something new for them, probably prone to initial mistakes ... don't want them to be afraid to try.> If they have been lurking on this board for any time, the employees that produce the product, should know that there has been very little harrassment of them. Pretty much it's been the marketing and PR that get the scorn, and because of that, management takes the blame, too. As far as making mistakes, if you put out stuff fast enough and market to the hilt anything that succeeds, you'll look like a winner and most will forget your losers. After all, how many in the public remember Bill Gates pushing "BOB". When it failed to catch fire, it was buried and gone. Mat
