WST - I highly doubt mgmt is playing games. That is not the type comment you should even suggest.

How can they possibly announce a split date, if you recall it is subject to shareholder approval. I have not cast my vote on this issue, have you?

As far as management wanting the deal to go through, I, a stockholder, want the deal to go through.
