I will let Christopher Hitchens answer that for me: Bottomless contempt Left-wing journalist Christopher Hitchens, who has a new book about President Clinton called "No One Left to Lie to," was asked on MSNBC's "Equal Time" whether he really hates Mr. Clinton. "I'd rather say I despise him," Mr. Hitchens replied. "I think hatred is a form of respect, after all. I have nothing but bottomless contempt for the president. . . . But I am getting to hate him. He is a hateful guy in some ways."
