John, Check the chart. I have made money two or three times on Dell since the last eps report. The last great opportunity was a few weeks back when it had been suckered up to $47 and Jim Kelly was over here telling us it was going higher. <g> I actually didn't take Jim as the top picker and didn't buy until a couple of points lower.

2. I have lost on recent IBM puts, though they haven't expired yet, using your terms. Intel has been a winner for awhile, though I have had to trade it.

3. One day is too short a time period. But down 10% was a heck of a nice start for this turkey. BTW, puts are fungible (not a dirty word. Look it up. <VBG>) Just because they say June doesn't mean you have to wait until June to sell them.
