The following was reported yesterday on Bloomberg: Shanghai -- China gave state-owned China Unicom, its second-largest telecommunications carrier, permission to become the country's fifth Internet service provider, the China Securities newspaper reported, citing the State Council, China's cabinet. I thought there were about 30 ISP's in China with XNET being one of them; so, this article is confusing. Frank, can you shed any light?
