Mani, Re: Couldn't disagree more. Well, we need to know the price first before judging. If the price is trading product rights and sharing foundry and some equity dilution then it's a win/win deal. If AMD pops a cheque for $500M(from the vantis deal say) for the fab and cyrix then I agree it would be a disaster. I think AMD certainly could use another wafer fab that could build 0.18 micron.
