Gottfried and threaders, DW Weekly Bull percentages--NOT GOOD. Note, that the 10week and hilo leading indicators have reversed down--not a good sign, IMO, since they most generally lead the market one direction or the other. Asia is still unchanged at 79.60%, but the Latin America is down 5.40% with Europe dropping further to 50%, down 8.60%. With the current Fed bias the NYSE and OTC may drop later. We will just have to wait and see. However, if the past is an indication they will probably drop. The DOW 20 Bond Average is still unchanged at 103. The question is whether the DOW 20 has reached its low. However, the SOX index moved up 7.360 to 413.02. Naturally, the above are only my opinions and the data which I have reviewed from the Dorsey Wright site. Readers are reminded the old saving, "caveat emptor (buyer/reader beware)."
