I got a little different response from Mr. Pfeffer. I was told the technology is in final testing at NASA and IF that goes well then NASA would apply for a patent. IF NASA is granted the patent, PRMC would expect that they can negotiate a deal to have the rights to market the technology. IF, IF. PRMC would then enter into deals with other companies that would actually market the technology. PRMC would pay NASA a % of sales.
10k should be out in the next week or so, according to Mr. Pfeffer.
I got the same number on shares outstanding 7 total and insiders who are in for the "long term" own about 4 million.
